Saline Lake is created by Saline Lake Dam on the Saline Bayou in Natchitoches County, Louisiana and is used for recreation, among other things. Located in the north central part of the state just at the northwest edge of Saline and about 23 miles northwest of Coushatta, Saline Lake is about 560 acres in size and is .5 miles wide and 2.25 miles long.
